All orders are sent with tracking — you'll receive a link by email once your parcel is on its way.
We currently ship across Poland and the European Union.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Email us at the address on our Contact page to start a return.
Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
