Cookie & Tracking Policy

Effective from: 1 August 2026 · Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Introduction — cookies in a nutshell

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Store running smoothly, to keep it secure, and — with your consent — to make it better suited to your needs. We dislike intrusive tracking, so we give you full control. Below you will find a detailed description of every technology we use.

2. What are cookies and what do we use them for?

Cookies are small text files saved by your web browser on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone). They allow the Store to “remember” your actions and preferences.

Similar technologies: In addition to cookies we use local storage, session storage, and pixels (tiny images) that let us analyse traffic and — solely with your consent — serve personalised ads.

3. Which categories of cookies do we use?

Category Consent required? Purpose
Essential No Shopping cart, login, security, order state
Functional No (but can be disabled) Remembering language, currency, display preferences
Analytics Yes Understanding how visitors use the Store (Google Analytics 4, Shopify analytics)
Marketing / Advertising Yes Remarketing, personalised ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google

4. Detailed list of cookies and technologies

5. Pixels and remarketing tags

In addition to cookies we use pixels — invisible images or code snippets that allow advertising platforms to record that you visited our Store. This means — solely with your consent — we can show you ads for products you browsed.

Pixels in use:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — enables remarketing and measuring ad effectiveness within the Meta ecosystem.
  • TikTok Pixel — enables remarketing and conversion measurement for TikTok ads.
  • Google Ads Remarketing — enables remarketing in Google’s search and partner network.
  • Google Analytics 4 — integrated with Google Signals (demographics and interests, if enabled).

Important: These pixels fire only after you consent to the “Marketing / Advertising” category. If you decline, we will not be able to show you personalised ads, but the Store will continue to work normally.

6. Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google Consent Mode v2 — a technology that allows Google to collect data in line with your cookie preferences, even if you do not consent to analytics or marketing cookies. In that case Google receives aggregated signals only (without personal identification), which helps us understand general traffic trends without compromising your privacy.

  • If you consent to analytics cookies → Google Analytics 4 operates in full mode.
  • If you decline → Analytics switches to minimal mode (collects only events without user identifiers).
  • If you consent to marketing cookies → Google Ads and remarketing operate in full mode.
  • If you decline → Google Ads does not process data for remarketing purposes.

7. How to manage consent and cookie settings

When you first visit the Store you will see a cookie banner where you can: accept all categories, accept essential only, or customise your choice individually (tick analytics and/or marketing).

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the “Privacy / cookie settings” link in the Store footer. Your choices are remembered for 12 months. After that we will ask you to refresh your consent.

8. How to disable cookies in your browser

Independently of our cookie banner, you can manage cookies directly in your browser settings:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Note: blocking all cookies may prevent you from completing an order or logging in to your account.

9. Consequences of declining consent

Declining consent for… Effect
