Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders over 600 zł.
• Standard shipping (3–6 business days): flat rate at checkout.
• Express shipping (1–2 business days) available at checkout.
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Currently shipping across Poland and the EU; wider international shipping coming soon.

Returns

• 60 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item — no questions asked.
• Start a return by emailing us with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid return label; refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
• Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know in your return email and we'll ship the new size out right away — no need to wait for the return to process first.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
