Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days after your order ships, which is typically within 1–2 business days of purchase. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship across Poland and the EU. We're working on expanding further — join our newsletter for updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust or cancel it.

Sizing & Fit

Do your tees run true to size?

Yes, our tees have a relaxed, true-to-size fit. Hoodies run slightly boxier for layering. See our Size Guide for exact measurements.

What if I'm between sizes?

We generally recommend sizing up, especially if you plan to layer. Still unsure? Email us your usual size in other brands and we'll recommend a fit.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 60-day free returns, no questions asked, on any unworn, unwashed item. Start a return by emailing us with your order number.

How do exchanges work?

Let us know your preferred size when you request a return and we'll ship the replacement right away, without waiting for the original item to arrive back first.

Product & Care

What makes Rill & River cotton different?

We use 240gsm+ combed ring-spun cotton — nearly double the weight of a standard tee. It's heavier, drapes better, and lasts longer.

How should I wash my pieces?

Wash cold, skip the bleach and fabric softener, and hang dry when you can. Full details are on our Care Instructions page.

What does the ten-year guarantee cover?

If a seam fails from normal wear within ten years, we'll repair or replace it, no receipt required. It doesn't cover normal fading or wear from misuse.
