Craftsmanship

Every stitch, seam and selvedge is a decision. Here's how we make it.

01 · Fabric

We use 240gsm+ combed ring-spun cotton — nearly double the weight of a standard tee. It's heavier in the hand, drapes better, and softens with age instead of thinning out. Woven in family-run mills in Portugal and North Carolina we've worked with since day one.

02 · Cut & Sew

No piece leaves our cutting tables in a run bigger than 500. Patterns are cut by hand, sewn on flatlock and coverstitch machines that reinforce every seam that takes real-world abuse — the collar, the underarm, the hem.

03 · Inspection

Before a single piece is folded and boxed, it's checked seam by seam by a real person — not a scanner. If it doesn't meet the standard we'd want to wear ourselves, it doesn't ship.

Our guarantee

Ten years on construction. If a seam fails from normal wear, we repair or replace it — no receipt required. Built to be worn, not babied.
