Made to order: why we don't hold stock

Cabin at night with a campfire glowing

Most clothing brands work backwards. They forecast demand, order thousands of units, and then hope they guessed right. What doesn't sell gets discounted, then discounted again, then written off.

We do it the other way round

Nothing in our collection exists until someone orders it. Your piece is printed for you, in your size, after you click buy.

The trade-off is honest: you wait a little longer than you would for something sitting in a warehouse. In exchange, there's no warehouse — and nothing gets destroyed because it didn't sell.

What that means for you

  • A short production window before your parcel is dispatched
  • No mass overstock, and no end-of-season landfill
  • If something arrives wrong, we replace it
We'd rather make nothing than make too much.

It's a slower way to run a clothing brand. We think it's the right one.
