There's a particular kind of quiet on a ridgeline just before sunrise. The wind hasn't picked up yet, the light is still grey-blue, and everything feels like it's holding its breath.
Why we keep going back
Most of our designs start on mornings like that. Not because ridgelines are dramatic — plenty of them aren't — but because standing on one puts things in proportion. The week shrinks. The inbox shrinks.
We sketch what we see, sit with it for a while, and only some of it ever makes it onto a garment.
What to bring
Less than you think. A layer you trust, water, and something warm for the top. The rest is optional.
The best gear is the stuff you stop noticing you're wearing.
If you've got a ridge you keep coming back to, we'd love to hear about it — tag us and show us where you've been.
